Holiday Shopping Guide: For HIM

Anyone else out there doing last minute shopping? By last minute shopping I mean doing the majority of your shopping this week? (hand raised emoji followed by hands over eyes monkey emoji!). For any of you last minute shoppers who still need a gift for a special man in your life, I've created this list of my favorite gifts! This list has a focus on affordability, but there are one or two more luxury items included. This list has something for everyone: the retro man, the hipster man, the professional man.

1. Jack Spade Mens' water Resistant Camo Waxwear Slim Briefcase. Every man needs a quality, stylish briefcase/work bag. I love the sophisticated camo look of this one (and the bright red interior) by Jack Spade (the Kate Spade for men). At $398 it is a bit of a splurge, but we are looking at high quality and functionality here. This bag comes in different prints, and also a backpack style. Perfect for the professional man or college student.

2. New Chic PU Leather Motorcycle Jacket. I LOVE a man in a moto jacket! This is a great updated take on the classic moto. It comes in three colors (dark brown, light brown, black) and has a plush inside. This is a perfect update to any man's closet. On sale for $62, this is a must have for a "cool guy" look.

3.Jack Spade Men's Sheppard Trapunto Multi Gingham Sports Button Down. A quality button down is an essential wardrobe piece for him. The color and gingham print make this a classic. Another Jack Spade piece, priced at $79. Other button down brands I love are Jos A. Bank, Brooks Brothers, and Polo.

4. Disney x Kiehls Ultimate Man Refueling Gift Set. Kiehl's is a renowned skincare brand. Men don't usually think about skincare, so this gift is a nice way to pamper someone. The Disney box is pretty cute too! For $54, he will get a nice variety of products.

5. Rabbit Rbt Beer Growler-This is one of my favorites on the list. This sleek and modern looking growler will be a hit when he goes to the local breweries. If your man is a beer lover, like mine, this gift will not disappoint. For $60, this is a solid gift.

6. Suavecito Firm Hold Fall Pomade. A debonair man will love a nice pomade. Again, something he may not think of getting himself. This will help keep him looking stylish! For $13, this is a practical gift. I just love the graphics on the label too.

7. Growler Beer Candle. Again with the beer theme! I love the fact that this gift incorporates beer but is also up-cycled. Perfect gift for the beer connoisseur at $20.

8.Victrola Suitcase Bluetooth Record Player. Record players are making a huge comeback. The newer versions, like this, are powered by bluetooth which makes it so much more convenient. I love this gift for a "retro-cool" guy. This comes in several colors, but I especially liked the buffalo plaid. This is a great use of $60 well spent.

9. Fossil Men's Textured Leather Bi-fold Wallet. Every guy needs a nice wallet. Fossil is a brand that is known for their design aesthetic and quality. I love the color and stripe on this one, giving it a retro vibe. This is priced at $50, which is pretty reasonable for the brand.

10. Ray-Ban Clubmaster Sunglasses. I can't think of a cooler, more classic accessory for any man to own. Ray Bans have withstood the test of time; they are iconic! This style exudes retro-chic style. The Wayfarers are a great alternative. The price is a little steep at $165, but you are truly paying for the name here.

11.Hunter S. Thompson Book. My husband is a huge me to Hunter S. Thompson fan. To me, this book is the ultimate cool-guy book. A classic that he will enjoy. Plus, a little bit hipster too!

12. Star Wars T-Shirt. I haven't come across a man my age who doesn't GO CRAZY for Star Wars. Star Wars is very nostalgic for people my age (late thirties) because it was around when we were kids. Go for a vintage style Star Wars tee for around $10.

13. Electric Hair Clipper/ Trimmer. Another gift that every man needs, but may not buy for himself. He will thank you for it! A good deal at $31.

14. Jack Spade Color Block Iphone 7 Case. A quality phone case is a necessity. We all know how easy it is to crack an Iphone screen! You might as well have a stylish one too! I love the color and stripes on this one. This is not too flashy for a man to carry around. This one comes in at $30.

15. Vans Classic Tumble Sk8-Hi Reissue. Shoes are a HUGE part of a man's wardrobe-an instant way to add (or detract) style. Sneakers are so trendy. These days, you will even see a man wearing sneakers with a full tuxedo on the red carpet! Give your guy some super cool leather vans, a chic take on the classic canvas ones. for a classic, hip look. Since they are leather, $70 seems like a fair price for these.

16. Jack Black Beard Oil. Beards are still really HOT right now! For this reason, beard oils are very popular. I picked this one for $24 as I have heard good things about the brand.

17. Men's Earth Unisex Watch. have been seeing a lot of these wooden watches around. I love them! I think they are very unique, but at the same time a staple that would go with any outfit. This one is $50.

18. Cole Haan Dress Socks- Set of 4. Behind every stylish man is a stylish pair of socks! Really, socks are an important part of the wardrobe. These fun socks are a fun way to incorporate a little fun into an otherwise ho-hum outfit. This set is $40.
